Our Wellness Campaigns
The most effective way to raise awareness about wellbeing or to tackle an issue is to talk about it and to find solutions together as a team. At Aurem Care we actively encourage our colleagues to discuss physical and mental wellbeing, to raise issues that are impacting them and to support each other in our work.
As part of this approach, we run wellness campaigns to provide information, resources and awareness on a variety of topics including:
- Mental and physical wellbeing
- Support and motivation during COVID-19
- Working remotely and staying connected
- Tackling stress and going home healthy
- Mental Health Awareness Week and how to be kind to yourself and others
The Aurem Care Academy
Everybody has something to give and we’ll help you develop your unique talents.
If you care about others and want to make a difference, we’ll provide the training for everything else.
We don’t follow a ‘one size fits all’ approach to learning at Aurem Care. We recognise the unique talents of each team member and shape their training experience based on what they need to do a great job.
Where we see potential, we’ll help you develop your skills and provide you with opportunities to progress in your career. And where you need extra support, or you need to refresh your skills, we’ll make a programme to help you get up to speed.
