Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for an IT & Digital Skills Trainer to join our amazing team at Aurem Care 

The main role of the IT & Digital Skills Trainer is to provide expert teaching and learning across our Care provision. We are looking for a talented, engaging, and focused individual to work within the successful team ensuring our candidates receive only the highest quality, effective teaching, and learning. 

You will be responsible for the definition and implementation of business processes to successfully integrate our digital commerce capability into both business and customer environment by leading readiness activities and ensuring the business are prepared for the changes, as well as creating materials to support the user experience once the change is implemented

What does the job role involve?

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Follow plans but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing, and motivating training to your learners.
  • Support learners with accurate and constructive feedback, mentoring learners to achieve and learn the skills required to progress onto further learning
  • Analyse business processes and stakeholders, mapping out and assessing areas of the organisation that will be impacted due change of current and future digital commerce projects and change.
  • Conduct detailed gap analysis on areas of impact, understand and communicate risk of no action and effort required to deliver.
  • Define actions needed, owners, impacted users (internal and external), timeline and KPI’ to support implementation of digital commerce changes.
  • Effectively communicate to stakeholders (internal and external) actions required, confirming resource is available to support within given timelines.
  • Ensure quality of implementation, monitoring and management to ensure timelines are met and escalate appropriately any blockers.
  • Embed the new ways of working/processes, including training and measuring success

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within Digital/IT Training.
  • Minimum of L3 Award in Education and Training (PTLLS) and an L3 qualification in an IT-related subject.
  • Ability to travel to homes from Edinburgh to Eastborne and to Head office based in Reading.
  • Ability to train and engage both virtually and face to Face.

  • Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum
