An overview

Located in a quiet village on the outskirts of the large market town of Chesterfield, Brimington Care Centre is a purpose-built care home with 42 resident bedrooms.

Brimington offers 42 rooms (some of which can be shared if desired), all tastefully decorated and many benefitting from en-suite facilities.

Our dedicated and compassionate care team provide residential, dementia and respite care, as well as intermediate care as an alternative to hospital.

Within safe and inviting surroundings, our highly skilled team create personalised care plans in conjunction with residents and their loved ones, placing residents’ wellbeing, personal choice, and independence at the front of mind.

It’s important that life continues to blossom for our residents and through first class care, new friendships and special memories made in abundance – we know residents will love their new way of living.

Ensuite rooms

We offer a selection of 42 rooms, each thoughtfully furnished, many with ensuite facilities to ensure utmost comfort and privacy. For our guests’ convenience, we extend the choice of single occupancy rooms or double occupancy rooms tailored to accommodate pairs. Your preferences are our priority.

Regular activities

There is never a shortage of things to do at Brimington. As well as making the most of all seasonal celebrations, we enjoy regular visits from local nursery and primary school pupils, weekly bingo and Feelgood Friday sessions plus everything from light exercise and coffee mornings to singing and dancing

Beautiful landscaped gardens and patio area

Our residents enjoy making the most of the sunshine and fresh air in our beautiful landscaped gardens and patio area. It’s a fantastic way to spend a few hours, chatting with friends and family or, for the green fingered amongst us, enjoying some gardening.

Fantastic menu options

At Brimington we offer a fantastic menu to cater for all dietary requirements and preferences, complete with new cuisines to sample and of course, good old family favourites.

Bistro bar and café

Going for coffee with friends is made easy at Brimington through our bistro bar and café. Nestled in a cosy corner of our home, you can enjoy some light refreshments while reading a book or sifting through one of the newspapers or magazines available.

Our experienced and dedicated team are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents and their loved ones. We have created something special at Brimington, to create a space where people can thrive with personalised, dedicated care and support.

As well as providing excellent professional care, our entire team are dedicated to fostering a sense of home and of belonging.

That means taking plenty of time to understand individual residents, their likes, and dislikes, and exploring all the ways we can make them happy and comfortable. It’s all about giving our residents and their loved ones the confidence that we’re providing the very best of care and delivering special resident experiences every day, making their day, every day.
