Val Mathew is Home Manager at The Red House Care Home in Ashtead, Surrey. Having joined The Red House in 2012, she is a highly experienced Registered General Nurse with a strong background in nursing home care and leadership. Passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care, she is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive and person-centred environment where residents feel safe, valued and truly at home.
With a caring nature and extensive clinical expertise, Val takes great pride in mentoring and developing her team, helping them feel confident in the care they provide. Her commitment to both residents and staff plays a key role in maintaining the compassionate, high-quality care The Red House is known for. Outside of work, Val enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones.
