Purpose-built with comfort and wellbeing in mind, the home offers high-quality, person-centred care delivered by a dedicated and compassionate team.
Working closely with residents and their families, we create tailored care plans that promote independence, dignity and choice, helping every resident feel supported, valued and at home.

Heather McGrath is Home Manager at Brimington Care Home in Chesterfield. She brings brings a wealth of experience to the role, with over two decades in nursing, leadership, and senior management across the adult social care sector. With a strong background as a Home Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Regional Relief Manager, she offers a rare combination of hands-on clinical expertise and strategic oversight.
Her career has been defined by a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care, underpinned by strong governance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement. Known for her calm, supportive, and hands-on leadership style, she works closely with teams on the floor, providing guidance, coaching, and reassurance while maintaining a clear focus on quality and compliance. Her extensive experience in audits, quality assurance, and service improvement enables her to quickly identify priorities and embed best practices, creating a safe, compassionate, and well-led environment for residents, families, and staff alike.
