Connecting with Our Communities

At Aurem Care, we believe our homes should be at the heart of their communities. Every day our teams go beyond care, creating opportunities for residents, families, neighbours and local groups to come together. From lively coffee mornings to peaceful garden projects, we’re proud to make a positive difference in the places we call home.

Care that Reaches Further

Our values remind us that great care comes from connecting with our people and the community of which we are a part.

Community engagement is about more than events, it’s about belonging.

By opening our doors, welcoming visitors and building partnerships, we create meaningful connections that enrich life for residents while strengthening ties with the wider community.

Connection in Action

Every Home, Its Own Story

Across our homes, community involvement takes many forms.

Sometimes it’s planting days in the garden, where residents and volunteers work side by side. Sometimes it’s hosting schoolchildren to share songs, stories and smiles across generations. It might be a summer fair, a charity fundraiser, or simply a friendly chat over tea.

Each activity is a reminder that our homes are living, breathing parts of their local area, and that care is strongest when shared.

Our Core Values

We believe great care begins with strong values. At Aurem Care, our five values shape everything we do:

Diverse group of caregivers and residents at Aurem Care embracing individuality and inclusivity in a supportive care home environment

Diversity

We embrace and respect the individuality of every resident, family and colleague.
