Over the years, his commitment and skills have seen him rise through the ranks, becoming a Senior Carer in 2023 and stepping into the role of Care Team Leader in August 2024.

Buxton Lodge holds a special charm for Keith, with its quirky character and rich history. He is passionate about helping to create a relaxed and welcoming environment for both residents and staff, where teamwork is at the heart of everything.
