What does the job role involve?
- Create and Schedule Joy:Whip up engaging content and schedule it across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Engage and Connect:Monitor our social media channels, responding to queries and feedback with prompt professionalism, embodying our commitment to care.
- Campaign and Influence:Develop and implement standout social media campaigns that boost our visibility and solidify our reputation as a top care provider.
- Collaborate and Innovate:Work alongside our spirited marketing team and interact with care home staff to ensure our social media presence sparkles.
- Learn and Grow:Participate in workshops and trainings to refine your skills and stay ahead of digital trends.
What makes a successful candidate:
- Experienced in digital marketing, especially within a socially impactful sector.
- A natural communicator, excelling in both written and verbal form.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and an aesthetic aficionado.
- Creative and proactive, ready to solve problems and take on new challenges.
- Familiar with social media and design platforms (not essential, but a plus!).

What we can offer you in return for your hardwork and commitment:
- Full time contract
- 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Based on experience)
- Hybrid work: Remote and occasional site visits to our homes
- 25 days annual leave including bank holidays
